Dates: January 25th to February 21st, 2025

Show Reception: Friday, January 31st, 7-9pm
Pick-up Date: Saturday, February 22nd 2025, 10am-12pm
This member show theme is all about JOY! Submit your creations that spark the joy within you to share with the world! Drop off & install is January 11th along with winter show pick-up. Be sure to use the Ed Center entryway due to the museum being closed during their exhibition changeover. Show runs Jan 25th-Feb 21st with opening reception Jan 31st, 7-9pm. Unsold work removal Feb 22nd 10am-12pm.
NEW REGISTRATION RULES: Please note that we have a major change in our registration process for a member show. We will no longer take “day-of” registration. The cutoff to apply to this show will be 1 week / 7 days prior to scheduled drop off date. Cash or check will still be accepted with the handwritten form, but MUST BE in the gallery mailbox on the Saturday before the scheduled drop off date.

Terms and Conditions
1. Entries are limited to one (1) piece created by the member within the last three (3) years and cannot have been entered into a previous member show.
2. Artwork must be framed properly; however, gallery-wrapped canvases without exposed staples and with finished edges are acceptable. The artwork must be wired and ready for hanging with the center of the hanging wire at least 11⁄2 inches from the top of the piece. Sawtooth hangers are not allowed. Painting and frame must be dry. Maximum overall width including frame is 48”.
3. By entering this exhibition you agree to hold Elmhurst Artists’ Guild, its officers and directors harmless from any claims of copyright infringement caused by your artwork.
4. Guild members must be in good standing in order to enter the show. The Board reserves the right to remove any piece prior to the show reception if membership dues or other obligations are not paid in full.
5. EAG covers loss or damage to exhibited artwork, subject to the limits set by EAG's property and casualty insurer.
6. Artwork marked Not For Sale (NFS) must include a valuation for insurance purposes.
7. You are responsible for making arrangements with someone to pick up your piece if you are unable to do so. The Guild does not provide storage space. There is a $10 charge for late pick-ups.
8. Removal of artwork before the end of the show is prohibited and may result in being barred from future shows.
9. A commission of 40% of the sales price will be deducted from all artwork sales. This commission is split equally between EAG and the Elmhurst Art Museum.
10. Artwork sales are handled through the Museum Gift Shop. Illinois sales tax is collected.
11. The artist will be paid within 30 days after the close of the show by the Guild. Any questions regarding payment should be directed to the Guild Treasurer.
